Terms and Conditions for Kids’ Birthday Party Event
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Hop n Play Events for kids’ birthday parties. By booking a party with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. - Booking and Payment
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
The final payment must be made at least a day before or at the day of the event to avoid any further charges.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
In case of cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the following policy:
Cancellations made 1 day prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 4 hours prior to the event will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 1 hour prior to the event will be non-refundable. - Event Duration and Setup
The standard event duration is 1 hour, with 15-30 minutes for setup and packup.
Any extra time requested beyond the allocated duration will incur an additional charge as mentioned in our pricing. - Guest Count and Age Limit
The maximum number of guests including children and adults (where applicable) to be communicated clearly during the booking.
The event is intended for children aged 1 year to 14 years.
A final guest count must be provided no later than 4 hours before the event. Additional guests may incur extra charges. - Food and Beverages
Hop n Play Events offers catering services as an optional add-on. If outside catering is allowed, it must be discussed beforehand.
All food allergies or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at least 1 day before the event.
We are not responsible for any allergies or reactions that may occur due to food or beverages. - Venue and Safety
The party will take place at [venue name/address] unless otherwise agreed.
Hop n Play Events is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
All party guests must follow our safety rules and instructions. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event. - Photography and Video Recording
By attending the event, you grant Hop n Play Events permission to take photos and videos of the event, including images of your child, to be used for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertisements).
If you prefer not to have your child photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
Photos and videos may be shared publicly; however, Hop n Play Events will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy requests. - Equipment and Decorations
Hop n Play Events will provide the necessary equipment and decorations as agreed upon in the event package.
Customers may bring additional decorations or items, subject to prior approval.
Any damage to the venue or equipment caused by the customer or guests may result in additional charges. - Conduct and Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our staff.
If any guest behaves inappropriately, Hop n Play Events reserves the right to ask them to leave the event.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. - Liability and Indemnity
Hop n Play Events will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during the event.
You agree to indemnify Hop n Play Events against any claims arising from actions of yourself, your guests, or any third parties involved with the event. - Force Majeure
Hop n Play Events is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or emergencies). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule the event or offer a partial or full refund. - Amendments to Terms
Hop n Play Events reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and The Australian Capital Territory.
